I thought it was really great that you demonstrated how you personally use the tactics instead of justly describing them, great work! I found the example of following Caden Teneycke to particularly noteworthy as I also follow him too! It was a fresh and sincere way to highlight the need of hearing from people who have different experiences than ourselves. I didn’t really realize that routinely looking for “who’s missing” in your network might drastically change your viewpoint.
